How to Meet Mya

I am based in Des Moines, IA, and with the exception of days when I am on tour, I am avalible to meet clients daily from 9am-7pm. Please keep in mind that I am a busy student, and will need at least four hours' notice in order to accommodate you. Priority will always be given to clients who book in advance, and those who book longer sessions.

In order to schedule time with me, please fill out the booking form it its entirety. This form allows me to collect the screening information I need to discreetly verify your identity. I DO NOT see anyone whose identity I cannot ascertain with absolute certainty. Please rest assured that I will treat your personal information as if it were my own, and it is deleted as soon as possible. If you are not comfortable with my screening protocols, please seek out another provider.
