Please read the following guidelines in full.
All investments are for my time.
All investments are made for the exclusive use of my time, and my time alone. My acceptance of the investment is not agreement to participate in any illegal activities. Inquiries alluding to illegal or explicit activities in any way whatsoever will be ignored, reported, and blocked.
Good hygiene is a must.
Please shower and brush your teeth prior to your arrival, and wash your hands again upon entry. If need be, you may also shower at my incall location, all you need to do is ask. There is no aphrodisiac better than a clean, fresh, and good-smelling lover!
Deposit Policy
Deposits are non-refundable, although they may apply to future sessions with proper notice.
Deposits are not required for sessions at my incall in Des Moines, but are always encouraged and appreciated.
For outcalls in the Des Moines Metro area, a 10% deposit is required.
For all other locations, a 30% deposit is required.
Deposits can be paid by CashApp, Venmo, PayPal or with a prepaid Visa gift card. Be prepared with one of these methods after I have confirmed your screening information.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to reschedule or cancel your session with at least 24 hours' notice, your deposit will apply to the next session and remain valid for up to 3 months.
If you reschedule or cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, you forfeit 50% of the deposit. The remainder will apply to the next session and remain valid for up to 3 months.
No call/no shows forfeit the entire deposit, and will need to pay a 100% deposit in advance of any future sessions.
If I have to cancel for any reason, your deposit will be refunded.
